I don’t usually write reviews but the excellent treatment and exceptional service I received yesterday at the Hoveton SurgiCentre (within Hoveton Dental Clinic) was so impressive that I feel compelled to do so.
I could barely hear anything at all when I arrived and, following my ear wax removal treatment, just a short while later I was able to hear more clearly than I have done for years.
The treatment was expertly performed, with the utmost care and attention, by Mr Gona (an experienced consultant surgeon.) It was completely pain free and surprisingly quick. The machine makes a bit of noise and causes a slight tickling or tingling sensation but the amazingly effective results more than compensate for any minor irritation.
I felt cared for as soon as I walked in the door and Louise, Mr. Gona’s assistant, could not have been more helpful or friendly. This goes for the rest of the team at the Clinic who, without exception, are all extremely polite as well as being very professional in their approach.
If you are suffering from loss of hearing and/or any other unpleasant symptoms as a result of ear wax do not hesitate. Make an appointment as quickly as you can and say goodbye to ear wax and partial deafness…..and hello to being able to hear clearly again. I am amazed at the difference it has made.
